Hi, we are renting a family house located at quiet dead end street Soustalova 32 (Brno, Starý Lískovec). It's just 5 min drive to Campus Square (AT&T, university hospital etc). Bus station Cermakova (bus no 69) is less than 2 min walking distance. Commuting to city center ca 20min, Technologický park ca 35mins.

The house was built in 1933 with later adaptations/expansions, it offers 130 msq (plus garden 60msq) and is oriented north and south. On the ground floor there is a bedroom (25msq, north), living room (25msq, south), kitchen (15msq, south), Harry Potter room (=under the stairs:)), bathroom and a garden (60msq, south) with its small bike shed/toolshop (5msq). On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one is 11msq (south) and the other 25msq (north, with a cozy mezzanine), bathroom, storage room. The house is fully equipped and furnitured, ready for "airport incomers". Suitable for a big family or, for shared living, say 3 to 5 flatmates, strictly non-smokers.

Not far from the house you will find a church, football stadion, swimming pool, outdoor workout, fancy pizzeria, shopping opportunities etc..Car owners will appreciate easy parking (i can also rent a garage)

Available now, no commissions as I am the owner (speak ENG/GER, I can help foreigners with moving/organising basic stuff etc). Deposit requested, utilities payments may depend on number of persons.
