Hello! I'm currently renting 1 room in a 3 + 1 flat for 1 person. 4-min walk to the IP Pavlova metro station. The practicalities: Big and bright flat, very good transport links to city center - C Metro, Tram, and Buses. The flat is located in the heart of Prague, with bars and restaurants, supermarket and parks nearby.
The flat is 100 m2 and is furnished, the bedroom is independent from the rest of the house and is unfurnished, you will have access to all amenities ofc. It has a TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, washing and dishwasher machine. You will share the flat with me, I speak English, Portuguese, French and a little Spanish. The flat is on the 4th floor with elevator.
The living agreement requirements: 1) It's a quiet building, so no house parties. 2) I work, so I have a strict routine, respect for early bedtimes and silence IS crucial!
