The flat is located at U Lužického semináře 6, right in the heart of Prague 1, just steps from the iconic Charles Bridge and next to the romantic Vltava river canals, where you can even enjoy a scenic boat ride. Prague Castle, Old Town Square, and all major sights are easily reachable on foot.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Even though it’s right in the city centre, it stays peaceful and calm—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. From the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine while taking in a direct view of Charles Bridge. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and can additionally accommodate one child, as a baby cot can be provided upon request. The main double bed is located in the kitchen/living area, while the separate bedroom includes a sofa bed for two and an additional sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and basic cooking utensils. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet, and for added convenience, the apartment includes fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV.

The neighbourhood is filled with cafés, restaurants, and small local shops. Several Czech and international films were shot on this very street, adding to its historic charm. Just a minute away, you’ll find the narrowest street in Prague—a fun local attraction.
