Nick and Eli's Place. 2+kk with a balcony and dedicated parking space in the garage. It is between 50 and 70m2, I can't remember what it is exactly.

This place is ideal since it is away from the noise of the city center, but close enough that you can hop on a tram or metro in less than a minute and be there in 15 to 30 minutes. The tram stop is a 1 minute walk, no exaggeration. And the metro is a 5 minute walk away (or one stop on the tram). There is an ATM at the bank across the street as well as a convenience store on the corner that is also less than a minute away. The closest grocery store is at the entrance of the metro. There is also a pharmacy there too. There are 2 drug stores between the flat and the metro to get toiletries and what not.

The apartment is clean, quiet and peaceful. There are yoga mats, and weights for getting in a work out.

There is a king sized memory foam bed in the bedroom that can comfortably sleep 2 adults and a child that rotates horizontally during the night ;) There are two fold out couches. The main fold out couch sleeps 1 adult comfortably, but there is also a smaller couch that folds out and can sleep a second child. So, you could potentially have 2 adults and one small child in the bedroom and another adult and child in the living room for sleeping. So, a max of 3 adults and 2 kids unless you are ok with someone sleeping on the floor with an airmattress, which I have as well. I'm pretty flexible.

The TV doesn't come with a broadcast signal, but it is connected to the internet so you can login to Netflix or other apps, and there is also an HDMI cable for connecting to laptops so you can stream to the TV.

I will be only renting this for 1 month while I am out of the country. I have the permission from my landlord to sublet it while I am gone. You will have his information too in case of emergencies.

Seriously, you won't regret renting my flat. It's awesome and so close to everything!
