This is an apartment in a historic house practically on Masaryk Square, suitable for 4 adults max. The entrance to the apartment is on the 2nd floor from the house staircase and gallery. The living rooms are oriented north to a quiet courtyard, above the garden. There is a shared garden and bicycle shed. The apartment is heated and water is heated by a local electric boiler and boiler, the transfer of the point of consumption is the tenant's. The annual consumption of previous tenants is approximately 9.5 MWh per year. Water is paid in advance. All civic amenities are nearby.

When signing, we require 1x rent (paid in advance) + 2x refundable deposit in the amount of the rent. Due to the wooden floors and the historic preservation of the house, we prefer tenants without animals, who respect other people's or common property, with a positive attitude towards cleaning supplies and are willing to follow contractual documents.

We offer a long-term rental relationship in a maintained and managed property. We send sample documents for the apartment before the inspection.
