House is located in municipality Krasny Les in Krusne hory mountains. Pension is situated near the border with Germany, 100km from Prague and 35km from Dresden. Krasny Les is a small village in eastern Krusne hory mountains, on comb mountains at 750m above sea-level. It is laying on so-called Krusnohorska magistrala (cycling, tourist and skiing trace exploited by tourist especially from Czech republic and Germany). Also the ski resort Telnice is only 3km distant. In the surrounding, the most looked up destination is the part of “Saxon Switzerland” – sand-stone walling Tisske skaly.

Building lays in municipality centre. It is a large historical object after partial reconstruction. Approval is for 10 rooms with general capacity 20 lodging places, 5 WC and 5 shower bath, common room, kitchen, garage and office. General built-up area is 800 sqm. Object has 2 overhead stories.
