The small apartment is located 400 meters from the train station in Libčice nad Vltavou. It is in a house from the 19th century after a complete reconstruction of the interior. On the ground floor there are three small units with a French window entrance. The middle one is now for rent, see floor plan, both neighbouring units are inhabited. The bedroom does not have a window but is open to the kitchen, which is very bright. The flooring is solid larch, the kitchen counter is solid oak, induction hob, fridge. The apartment is rented almost furnished, the table, chairs, shoe rack and wardrobe are not on the photos (the outgoing tenant did not want them). The rent includes internet access. The house looks terrible from the outside because it doesn't have a new facade yet. There is a garden of 2000 m2 which can be used freely, partly it is a forest and jungle with ticks. The house is south facing and stands in a romantic and quite wild place on a hillside on the edge of Libčice. The last 60 metres of access is a rocky path. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly advance for electricity and water. The apartment has its own electricity and water meters. The house does not have its own water source at the moment, drinking water is delivered about once a month to an underground tank (high price per litre). The washing machine is shared in the utility room. The location is suitable for students/workers in Prague 6 and 7 and the centre of Prague. The surroundings are very nice, the town of Libčice is located in the canyon of the Vltava river. The apartment is available from October 2, until then I will work on minor improvements and finishing touches.
