New, modern, clean, very cosy one-bedroom apartment, designed by the renowned Donlič design studio, situated in the Old Town - the most prestigious residential area of Prague.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historical building which is equipped with a lift. The lift entrances are on mezzanine floors, so it is always necessary to climb a few steps. The access therefore is not fully barrier-free.

There is a small balcony and the apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard. The windows are fitted with black-out curtains, as the apartment is very sunny. It is air-conditioned and centrally heated.

Beds are always made for guests and there are sufficient towels in the bathroom, so you do not have to bring your own.

You may use the Sony audio system for CD, USB, DAB, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi- Fi, DLNA, AirPlay, iPhone, consult the Prague Guide in one of six languages, connect to the Internet and make tea, or coffee from Nespresso. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, fridge with freezer, etc. The TV has the standard satellite reception in several languages. The bathroom contains a combined washing machine with dryer, hairdryer, soap and ironing board with iron.

Available from April 2020 for 12 months minimal.
