Transportation: A fast Prague city train is about 5 minutes away from the house. It takes only 5 mins to Smíchovské nádraží and about 14 mins to Hlavni nadrazi. A train comes to every 10-15 mins in rush hours. A bus stop is only a couple of minutes away from the house and it takes only about 18 mins to Smíchovské nádraží.

The building is placed in the center of the modern suburban neighborhood where you can find a bank, a post office, three supermarkets: Billa, Albert, Penny, a hobby market Hornbach, and a shopping mall.

The rent includes the indoor parking spot, a clean and dry cellar (the monthly rent is negotiable)

The price or services includes all of the services related to the apartment and the common areas of the building, e.g. the heating and electricity in all common areas, cleaning services of the common area, garbage disposal services, garden maintenance, etc. - in total it is about 4 300CZK.

The gas boiler in the apartment provides heating for the apartment itself. The gas is billed separately according to your consumption (approximately 2 300 CZK.) The electricity consumption is billed separately according to your consumption as well (approximately 1 100 CZK.)

The refundable deposit equals 2 months’ rent including the services fee. Nevertheless, it depends on the rental period and other negotiable aspects.
