Prenájom bytu bez realitkyŘipská, Praha - Vinohrady

Unique designer flat with loft bed, Vinohrady. A one-of-a-kind designer flat in Vinohrady, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Prague. This 21 m² studio was fully renovated to an architect's design and makes clever use of every centimetre, combining the charm of a classic Prague building with a modern industrial style.

THE APARTMENT

The signature feature is the raised sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed, reached by a custom-built black staircase that doubles as storage, with drawers and cupboards hidden in every step. Below the loft you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob and fridge.

The living area has high ceilings, large windows, a sofa, and a table that works equally well for dining and for working from home. Wooden floors, a wall of floating bookshelves and a vintage bicycle hanging on the wall give the space its character.

The bathroom is finished in dark stone-effect tiles and features a walk-in rain shower and a concrete basin. A washing machine is also available.

The flat is on the ground floor and faces a quiet inner courtyard with a garden, so you will not hear any street noise.

All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly price.

Metro line A (Jiřího z Poděbrad and Flora) is a few minutes' walk away, and the city centre is less than 10 minutes by metro.
