Prenájom bytu • 54 m² bez realitkyPřípotoční, Praha - Vršovice

Cosy 2+kk in a quiet area with good connections. Our apartment is in the well-connected, local area of Vršovice. It is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is a 2kk, 54m2 with one big bedroom with a work station and another room which is split into living room area and kitchen. All appliences are new and the apartment was fully renovated in 2025. It has a new safety entrance door, central heating, new windows, adjustable table and an ergonomic chair. There is plenty of storage space, the bathroom is separated from the toilet.

It is ideal for a couple or an individual, especially for someone working partially or long term from home. The home is unfrotunately not suitable for children and can accomodate up to 2 adults full time, while you can use the sofa bed for occassional visitors.

The home is one of our 2 primary homes, it is equiped and designed as such and we also treat it as such. We appreciate when our tenants take good care of it while we are away.
