We offer for rent an office unit—with the possibility of minor layout adjustments—of approximately 100 m² in the Office Center located in Prague Vršovice. In the building, offices ranging from 36 m² up to 1000 m² are available.

The rent is 260 CZK/m² + services 200 CZK/m² + addon factor of 12%

• 15 m² – 7,365 CZK including fees

• 20 m² – 9,820 CZK including fees

• 25 m² – 12,275 CZK including fees

• 100 m² – 49,120 CZK including fees

The building is in close proximity to the EDEN shopping complex, the SLAVIA sports arena, and the administrative offices of Prague 10, with excellent transport links via tram, metro, and bus (approximately 12 minutes to the city center and 5 minutes to the Prague ring).

Our tenants also benefit from free access to a shared internet connection, daily office cleaning, and several conference rooms within the building. All spaces are, of course, air-conditioned.

The building is accessible 24/7 and is protected by security personnel and a camera system. Within the building, you will find a cafeteria, a café, a branch of Česká pošta (Czech Post), a dental office, a physiotherapist, a hairdresser, etc.

• A second headquarters registration for another company is 500 CZK + VAT per month

• Security deposit equals 3 months’ rent, services, add-on factor, and VAT

• 3 sets of office keys are provided free (1 set for security and 1 set for cleaning)
