Just 2 mins walk to tram/bus/trolley stops 1,2,5,6,25,26,37,44,82,84 so you can reach Main rail/bus station and/or Česká street in 6mins, Campus/Hospital in 10mins, Technologický park in 20mins, Slatina in 20mins and oh yes Spielberk office in 5mins just by walk. For the jog lovers, inlineskaters or bikers there is a cycling path running along the Svratka river that will guide you either to rushy Wienna airport (100km) or calm oasa of Riviera swimming resort (1km) or, further to Brno water damm/reservoir with sunbathing, boattrips, wellnes resorts etc (5km) all this just 100meters from your new home. And if you walk accros the river bridge and climb up a bit, you deserve your drink in Duck-bar/pub (students or artists welcome!) located in those pitoresque streets of „Kamenná kolonie“ district with splendid view of Brno, kind of unesco stuff.

Okay, back to flat, it is completely furnitured (sofa, bed, tables/chairs, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, washingmachine, all the kitchen tools and accessories, etc). Flat layout was designed by an architect using some nice stuff like sliding glass door, quality vinyl Tirolean oak floor, bathroom tiles by Spanish manufacturer Pamesa Ceramica, home heating control adjustable via LOGOtherm home station (easy to set up), Window blinds, balcony door with railing to accommodate large folding clothes rack, security door lock,etc...
