It is a quiet part of the street without much traffic with parking in front of the house. The house has recently been renovated, insulated and equipped with new windows. The studio consists of an entrance hall - living room 18 m2-oriented to the garden, pantry, cellar, separate bathroom (shower, sink, space for washing machine) and separate toilet. The studio is partially equipped - kitchen, stove, refrigerator. Additional equipment is possible in agreement with the landlord. In front of the apartment is the possibility of outdoor seating in case of good weather. The apartment has its own gas heating with a new turbo boiler with hot water. The cost of energy (electricity / gas) is paid by the tenant of the apartment himself, directly to the entities providing these services. It is estimated that these costs can be approx. 1,000-1,500 CZK / month. Water / sewerage and cleaning of common areas is paid in advance 400 CZK / person / month and once a year the actual costs are billed. When concluding the lease agreement, a refundable deposit of 2 months' rent (CZK 11,800) and the first rent are paid. The apartment is free.
